Of course, you can take your pick of the riding options available – short one hour rides, full day rides and even long distances rides of up to 100 miles.
At Stonetrail Riding Centre, nothing is done in half measures. The owner and manager is a qualified Ride Leader with the British Horse Society who is well experienced in leading trail riding trips in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. Dedicated guides working at the Centre have expert knowledge of the riding routes. The horses themselves are regarded as companions and friends and they take riders through every imaginable challenge with courage and determination.

Riding Abilities

This is to ensure that everyone feels equal and that the rides turn out to be relaxing, enjoyable and always fun. Nothing is set in stone, however, and if you want to book a private group of more than 6 customers, you’re welcome to do so.
